An examination of issues raised by the appointment of Atticus Finch to represent Tom Robinson in To Kill A Mockingbird including a look at equal protection, due process, and right to counsel issues from the perspective of the judge, bar president, sheriff – and Atticus. This program has been captured on DVD and can be presented to groups of lawyers and/or non-lawyers with a guided discussion following the DVD.
